Undergraduate Program
Introduction to the Undergraduate Program, Department of East Asian Studies The undergraduate program of this department aims to cultivate generalists in the fields of humanities and social sciences. With a cross-regional and interdisciplinary approach, the program grants a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
Our curriculum encompasses two major fields: "culture and its application" and "political economy and regional development." We also offer Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese language courses, providing students with cross-cultural awareness, as well as foundational knowledge, analytical skills, and a broader perspective on the East Asian region.
