An electronic copy of the tentative graduation list for the Fall 2026 semester (Academic Year 115, Semester 1)
The email address to be used for activating your Turnitin account
Your preferred time for visiting the Department Office to complete the graduation eligibility review
Documents and Forms to Be Submitted in Hard Copy
For students whose degree examination will be held on or before December 2026:
The application must be submitted no later than one month before the date of the oral defense.
There must be an interval of at least one month between the submission of the degree examination application and the formal oral defense.
The "Degree Examination Application Form" downloaded from the Degree Examination Review System and signed by the advisor
The "Application Form for Oral Defense Committee Members," submitted in both hard-copy and electronic formats
The Turnitin originality report receipt and results
☞ Both the advisor and the student must sign and date the documents. Please refer to the example provided in the attachment.
One CD containing the thesis or dissertation submitted for the oral defense
Due to the year-end financial closing process, degree examinations scheduled to take place in 2026 should, whenever possible, be completed no later than December 11, 2026.
